Breakaway Volunteer Information
Welcome to the WNY Breakaway Weekend 2010 Volunteer Information page. Many women are invited to serve before, during, and after this three day, two-night event! Not only are we blessed by the weekend we can be doubly blessed as we serve, for a short time, during the Retreat. Yes, you will have time for all of it, fun, learning, and serving and still have free time.

Registration
Responsible for:
Checking people in as they arrive during varying time intervals between the hours of 3pm to 7pm on Friday, October 22. Also need set-up volunteers beforehand from 1pm to 3pm.

Bookstore
Responsible for:
Various job opportunities available: setting up the book store, serving in the book store, and packing up the bookstore.

Greeters
Responsible for:
Greeting, for about 15 minutes, at various locations throughout the weekend. Locations include: front door of registration area, dining room, entry doors at Main Rhythm Sessions, and entry doors at Breakout Sessions. Serve as few or as many times as you would like.

Prayer Partners
Responsible for:
Being available in the prayer room at various times before and after the Main Rhythm Sessions. Schedule will be established just prior to the retreat.

Decorations
Responsible for:
Decorating the tables in the dining area before the retreat begins.

Hospitality Room
Responsible for:
Set up and supervision of activities and games in the hospitality room.
This is going to be a fun place to serve on a rotating schedule (short commitments of time needed).

Assembling centerpieces and trinkets for the retreat in the months leading up to it.

Set Up and/or Clean Up
Responsible for:
Leaving early on Friday, October 22nd to help set up for the retreat and/or staying in the afternoon after the retreat ends on Sunday, October 24th to help clean up for the retreat.
